    Q. Is the procedure a form of tattooing?

    A. Permanent cosmetics, also known as semi-permanent make-up, micro-pigmentation is a form of advanced tattooing. The pigment is not infused as deeply into the skin as tattooing, therefore, the enhancement does not have the permanency of a conventional tattoo.
